Wiggly Music Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Wiggly Music handles information in the Wiggly Music website and mobile app. Wiggly Music is an independent visual music maker. If you have a privacy question, contact us at support@mimos.ai.

What the mobile app keeps on your device

The mobile app works without an account. Your saved loops, drawing marks, project names, sound settings, and any Stage photos you choose are stored locally on your device so you can reopen a project. Wiggly Music does not operate a cloud project service for the first release and does not send your drawings, project names, or audio to our servers.

You control this local data: remove individual projects from the app, or uninstall the app to remove its app data according to your device settings.

Photos and sharing

Stage lets you select photos only when playback is paused. The app uses the photo you select to make the on-device collage; it does not upload that photo to Wiggly Music. On iOS, Save creates a video on your device and adds it to Photos after you grant access. When you export or share other files, your operating system sends them only to the destination you choose. That destination has its own privacy policy.

Optional rewarded advertising

Android exports may offer an optional rewarded ad. If an export ad is unavailable, the export is free. The app explains the choice before requesting or showing an ad. iOS exports do not show ads. Advanced settings on iOS and Android may separately offer an optional ad that earns 30 minutes of advanced editing. An incomplete or unavailable advanced ad does not unlock those settings. Drawing and playback remain available. The reward expiry is stored locally. The app does not ask for or store an age choice.

If you choose the advertising option, Google Mobile Ads and its partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and ad performance or fraud-prevention information in order to provide, measure, and protect advertising. Consent and privacy options are handled through Google's User Messaging Platform where required. Google's privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Mobile purchases

When configured, the mobile app uses RevenueCat to check, purchase and restore monthly, yearly or Lifetime Pro access through your device's app store. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase history, transaction or receipt information, and technical app/device information for this purpose. We do not send your drawings, music, photos or project names to RevenueCat. Payments are handled by the app store. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Website analytics

On wigglymusic.com, we use Google Analytics 4 only after you allow analytics. It helps us understand aggregate website visits and improve the drawing instrument. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled for this website analytics use. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, drawing titles, or other form data to Google Analytics. Declining website analytics does not affect use of the website instrument.

Mobile app analytics

On Android and iOS, Firebase Analytics starts when the app opens. It helps us understand whether people draw, play music, use a random drawing, and start or complete a video export. Firebase may process app and device information, including an app instance identifier, for this measurement. We do not send drawing content, project names, photos, audio, or user-entered text as analytics events. We disable advertising ID collection and ad personalization signals for Firebase Analytics. Firebase is provided by Google; see Google's privacy policy.

Children

Basic drawing and playback work without an account or watching advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can help.

Your choices and questions

You can keep using the editor offline, decline optional advertising, remove local projects, and choose whether to share exports. For questions about this policy or a privacy request, email support@mimos.ai.

We may update this policy when Wiggly Music changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the date at the top.
